Combined Teams - Parents are responsible for transportaion for practices and games with a combined team where Notre Dame is not the host school.
Travel Release Form
If you are not riding the bus back from a sporting event, you will need to fill out a Travel Release form and have it signed by the Principal or Athletic Director. Once it is signed, please give it to your Coach so that they know you will not be riding the bus back with the team.
