Applying to Tuition Assistance Programs

The application process for any of our tuition assistance programs is the same. Please follow the directives below in order to begin your application and determine your eligibility.

Please note that Pre-K is not eligible for aid.

Create a FACTS account

All financial aid is managed and distributed through FACTS—a management portal. To begin your application, create a FACTS account here.

If you have any questions about creating your account, contact a FACTS representative at (866) 441-4637.

Upload all documentation

The following supporting documentation must be uploaded to FACTS where requested:

• Copies of parents’ most recently available tax return, including all supporting tax schedules.
• W-2s for each parent as applicable. The W-2 should match the tax return being submitted.
• Copies of social security income, child support, food stamps, worker’s compensation, and TANF if applicable.

Processing fee

There is a $40 application fee for each family. There is no additional fee if parents have children in two or more schools of the Syracuse Catholic Diocese.

Submitting your application

Once your application has been completed, you may submit it for approval.
